On-Site Services · Greater Houston, TX
We operate professional-grade hardware so your team doesn't have to. Whether you need the site captured in 3D or your model coordinates on the ground — we handle both directions.
A bird's-eye view of your site — precisely georeferenced and ready for model overlay. We fly the DJI Mavic 3E to capture high-resolution imagery and point cloud data, processed into deliverables your project team can actually use.
Common Applications
Typical Deliverables
Georeferenced Orthomosaic
High-resolution 2D map with real-world coordinates. GeoTIFF format, compatible with CAD and GIS software.
3D Point Cloud
Dense photogrammetric point cloud (LAS/LAZ). Import directly into Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, or your modeling environment.
Digital Surface Model (DSM)
Elevation data across the full site extent. Use for volume calculations, grading analysis, and terrain modeling.
Progress Report Package
For recurring site visits — a dated, organized set of imagery and data for owner or project manager review.
Millimeter-accurate 3D documentation of existing conditions. The Trimble X7 captures and self-registers scans in the field, producing a unified point cloud that drops into your BIM environment without manual alignment work.
Common Applications
Typical Deliverables
Registered Point Cloud
Full-site unified scan in E57, LAS, or RCP format. Ready for import into Navisworks, Revit, or AutoCAD.
Navisworks-Ready NWD / NWC
Pre-processed cache file so your team can append the scan to an existing federated model without additional conversion.
Scan Registration Report
Documentation of scan positions, overlap percentages, and accuracy metrics for QA/QC sign-off.
Floor Plan / Section Extraction
2D linework derived from scan data — useful for existing conditions drawings when a full BIM isn't required.
Your model coordinates, placed precisely on the ground. We translate BIM geometry into physical layout points using Trimble total station and GNSS technology — getting your crews working in the right location from day one.
Note: This is construction layout and stakeout work — not licensed land surveying. We do not produce boundary surveys, legal descriptions, or recorded plats. For survey-grade boundary work, a licensed surveyor is required.
Common Applications
Typical Deliverables
Physical Layout Points
Hubs, stakes, or paint marks placed at design coordinates — ready for your crews to work from.
Stakeout Report
List of design coordinates vs. as-staked coordinates with horizontal and vertical deltas. Full QA documentation.
As-Built Point Collection
Post-installation field verification — we shoot actual installed locations and compare against model geometry.
CSV / Data Collector Export
Field data delivered in formats compatible with Trimble, Leica, or Topcon data collectors — and directly importable with our Navisworks plugins.
